Works WG191 Trimmer & Spool Line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my Works WG191 Trimmer when I use it on the yard. The great power, variable speed control, strong cordless battery, and the easy spool line feed are all exceptional features of this trimmer. This is the BEST trimmer I have ever used for yard work.

Price way to high plus high shipping

Spools not up to par

Second time I've purchased replacement spools. First time....everything fine. This time ( and with proper numbered spools ) the spools fit too tightly and I have to open spool container every time to extend the wire by hand. Big disappointment.

56 V weed eater green line

I have owned my 56V weed eater for around 3 years. A little heavy, but I would buy it again. Cuts like a gas weeder. However, I have a love/hate relationship with the green line. It sticks way to often and the line breaks. So my rating is on the spoil of line, not the unit.

I bought this three weeks ago and haven’t yet needed it, but looks fine and identical to the one that came with the trimmer.

Warning: Replacement Spool Quality

I have purchased several replacement spools for my 56V trimmer. The 56V trimmer will no longer advance the trim line by the handle; I need to manually pull it from the spool. The last three spools I used the line would break and be stuck on the spool. I had to make a splice to just to find the end of the line; wasting line. I have been very disappointed with the trimmer and replacement spools.

spool sucks keep breaking

i bought this thinking's it was a great product come to find out spool sucks keep getting clogged up and i have to keep opening it up to fix it. My opinion don't waste your money look for something else.

So simple

This is the best thing ever. So its 95 degrees outside and your hot and sweaty. Your trimmer runs out of string. With this little gadget all you do is snap off the empty spool and snap on a fresh full one. No more getting stressed and aggravated trying to get string wound onto your trimmer. Now life can be great

Holy Cow - much needed item

I have 2.5 acres to maintain as a single mom with nearly all grown children, so it's pretty much all on me. I never want to be mixing gas and oil - makes no sense to me, but I am perfectly capable of charging a battery, so I have had Worx trimmers for years. It makes very quick work of the challenging and adventurous weeds that show up in western Massachusetts. Thank you so much for offering a tool that gets the job done!
