I am not unhappy with my purchase. It looks very nice and given the price I am not surprised that the sound quality is not very good. The record player allowed me to listen to some of my old records from childhood and that was my primary goal. The cassette player made all my cassettes which sound OK on other machines sound garbled as if there is a problem with that particular feature. The radio is actually pretty good. Swiss Army Knife of Players
I needed something in my living room to play vinyl and CDs. I got a bonus of FM, USB, Bluetooth and cassettes. The device works perfectly. Really good sound for a small package. My only regret is that the remote does not control power, it makes me get up and move.

Poor packaging
When I received my shipment I wasn’t around the house. It was left under the rain for I don’t know how long. When I got home I wasn’t worried because I thought the device would be inside another box inside that box like any other company would do. It was messy and i find it unreasonable to pay all that amount of money for 50/50 chance to get your device safly in poor packaging.

I got this for my husband for an anniversary gift and it was such a hit. I bought some greatest hit cassettes and CD's to go along with it too so we have been able to use all of the features. The sound is great and its so much nicer to look at than an Alexa tower :)

Tone arm
I bought this one on March 6. When I put the tone arm on the record, it moves itself and scratches the record. So I can't listen to the first track. Please let me know what I should do.

This is my 2nd player. 1st one was purchased from a big name box store(Wal-^%#$%) for a Christmas gift a few years ago it had the Victrola name on it. but the record player didn't last long. So we decided to try it again and this is truly the real deal this time. Great sound and works a lot better. I will enjoy this for a while.
