Would Not RecommendI placed an order for pickup at 1:00 pm and was notified that it should be ready at 4:00 pm. The pickup room was empty, with nobody around. After waiting for 20 minutes, a woman from the return desk asked me if someone was helping me. She ended up calling someone and ask them to fill up my order, which ended up being ready at 4:50. It is unacceptable to have to wait so long for a pickup order, and to have absolutely nobody around offering any help.

Misleading product name
Would Not RecommendIt says it’s all in one. But it doesn’t kill or remove mold. It doesn’t clean wood. It does not strip old stain. It is a neutralizer for the Valspar wood stripper.

Would RecommendI used this to clean up a treated lumber deck that was about a year old. The deck is mostly under a roof and didn't have much fading, dirt, etc. I sprayed the deck and landscaping down before applying the cleaner. I also deleted the cleaner about 1:1 with water, so it was fairly well diluted. I applied it with a garden sprayer, working in 8'x10' sections.
