We love the overall look and functionality of the faucet, but really dissatisfied with the finish quality. We purchased the matte black, it’s chipping/peeling and is a gold/copper color underneath. We didn’t scratch or damage it in any way so I’m unsure why this is happening.

Good looking with one major flaw

The unit is easy to install and has clean, sleek lines - something I was looking for. The flaw is the method which attaches the pull-down faucet to the rest of the unit: there is a small notch which you have to align with the pull-down to return it to its position, and then there is seemingly a little snap-in mechanism - only this mechanism isn't really strong enough, when you turn on the water full force with the pull-down faucet docked and then off, the snap-in mechanism gives way and the pull...

Flimsy sprayer clip otherwise easy to instsll

This is a great looking faucet. I don't know how it works yet. The plastic clip that holds the sprayer hose was broken. Ill need a replacement part before use.

We just installed this faucet a little under a month ago, and I love the features. The pull-down sprayer is so convenient, and I like how it goes from spray to stream the next time you turn it on. It is also very pretty.

Beautiful Tall Faucet

This faucet is very nice looking. Everything you need is in the box. Would like a magnetic attachment for the sprayer end into the faucet to make it seat easier and every time.

WE LOVE IT

We bought the Vigo Greenwich to replace a chrome faucet that went south on us. We love the stylish look and the flat black color. Both the stream and sprayer function smoothly with good water flow from each. We are very happy with the purchase.

Beautiful elegant look

We bought this in anticipation for our kitchen remodel and I am so glad we did. It looks beautiful with our black quartz sink. It was pretty easy to install and the nozzle detaches and attaches pretty easily when needed.

Love this faucet!!

This faucet is great!! We have had it 10 months. Some of the finish is starting to wear off and within an hour after sending pictures to their warranty team I had a response. They are shipping a replacement part! Yay! Great product and great customer service!

Bought this for our new basement apartment. We have an industrial kind of vibe going on, so I wanted something functional but modern looking for our kitchen faucet, and this VIGO did not disappoint. It's beautiful and functions as promised. It pulls down and seats again easily, which is important because we installed a very deep sink. Also, it arrived beautifully packaged - obviously the company cares about delivering an undamaged product. Thanks VIGO!

Sleek and well built faucet

I just installed my new Vigo pull-down spray kitchen faucet in matte black. I love the matte black look and sleek design. The spray switch works great and the spray is very powerful. The spray head retracts and clips back in the faucet well. The lever to turn on the faucet is slim but strong. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. This is a great product for the cost! The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the hot and cold engraving on the faucet lever are backwards comp...

Sleek , great contemporary look!

Only issue, sprayer notch must align with the one on the faucet to retract and it isn’t always effortless to do so. This becomes annoying when you frequently use the sprayer and it shouldn’t be.
