Looks very elegant

Installation was pretty simple except a few things the plastic triangular ring that goes under the counter, instructions are a bit confusing. Not sure if I installed it upside down. Wish the locking nut was one that used screws to tighten it at the end. Had to buy a basin wrench to tighten it instead. The pull down doesn't go all the way back in without you manually pushing it back in. Other than that looks good and feels solid

We installed and have been using our gold pull down spray kitchen for about a month now and it's great. Everything works smoothly. Haven't tried refilling the soap dispenser bottle yet so we'll see how difficult that will be but it is a decent size to start. My only complaint would be the pull down spray doesn't have a lot of reach so it's hard to spray down a cutting board without getting a lot of the counter soaked.

Been looking for the perfect gold faucet and soap dispenser. Love the bold look. Works well. Just not looking forward to going under sink to refill the soap dispenser. Otherwise great.

Wonderful faucet

We've used this faucet for about a month now in our renovated kitchen and love it! The matte black goes really well with our black and white kitchen and is such an eye-catcher. It functions great - no issues!

Nothing to complain about this far! I love the look, it works well, as it should be. Great soap dispenser capacity, sprays a great amount of soap. The extension doesn't come back up by itself, no magnet connection. You will have to put it back to its place. Depending on what you are used to, the hot water is dispensed by directing the manivel towards you and not towards the other side (have to get used to it). We've had our faucet for a month now and it's absolutely gorgeous. It arrived in a timely manner, easy install, smooth operating handle and pull down. The finish is a lovely smooth matte black. The true test of a product is "over time". We'll see how it holds up.
