My husband installed this faucet and I love it! It's so easy to pull the sprayer down and put it back in the holder. I've tried similar faucets at friends places, but this one is easier to use. It also moves side to side with ease. I don't know how I put up with the last one for 10 years. Thank you VIGO.

Easy to install. Works better that anticipated- I just need to train some folks to use the IR sensor and not the tap lever to close...LOL

Bought this a few ago to replace our broken one. We are happy with it and looks great! I just don’t like how the handle unscrews. I’ve had to tighten it so it doesn’t unscrew. I wish it was welded on or something. I’m worried it’ll break fast.

Worked great for 4 1/2 years
Would Not RecommendI really liked it while it worked, but recently it started leaking out of the faucet spray button. Also, the coils are hard to clean thoroughly.

Nice touchless faucet
Would RecommendPurchased in April 2025 and just started using it. Seems like a good quality build product and install was straight forward although I think the instruction manual can be improved. So far works great.

So far it has worked flawlessly! Had concerns about both the ‘spring’ and sensor but the sensor is in a good position and not overly sensitive. Fairly easy install and love the look
