Nice touchless faucet

Purchased in April 2025 and just started using it. Seems like a good quality build product and install was straight forward although I think the instruction manual can be improved. So far works great.

So far it has worked flawlessly! Had concerns about both the ‘spring’ and sensor but the sensor is in a good position and not overly sensitive. Fairly easy install and love the look

I love the look of this tap on my large ceramic sink. I love the pressure wash feature which helps to remove tough, baked on food. Very happy with my purchase!

Fantastic product. The Black and brushed stainless complements the design of our kitchen. Installation was a little tricky but that was done to the location of my hole in the granite.

I absolutely love this new Vigo faucet. The stainless steel is true to detail, the height it spot on, the handsfree works perfectly and the water pressure and reach of hose is ideal. I would highly recommend if you aren't a skilled handyman or plumber (I am NOT) to hire someone to do it. Apologies for the photo that was the best angle I could capture.

Initially I was worried that the pull down faucet feature would lose tension and elasticity quickly. One month of daily use and it still holds up just as new. This faucet changed the look of my kitchen too! I’m impressed

Cheap and a Warranty Nightmare

Cheap and a Warranty Nightmare. Paint has chipped from black to gold to white. The button that switches the spray function doesnt work most of the time and gets stuck in-between settings. The stream makes a weird noise when this happens. The flow rate dropped to 10% of what it once was out of nowhere. For warranty issues they make you take a video of issues to send. They tell you you will have an answer in 24 hours. I had to call them back 3 days later to go through more troubleshooting steps...

Nozzle does not go all the way back up and its brand new =(

Bought it a month ago and it works fine with the exception the hose does not pull all the way back up. The nozzle keeps hanging down =(
