Very happy with this purchase

High quality, sturdy, attractive, and the touchless feature is very nice. One tip that isn't in the instructions: make sure you have the handle on the "on" position or you'll think, like I did, that the touchless feature wasn't working.

Overall seems good

Have had it for a few weeks and it is performing well. My only complaint is that there was no installation tool for tightening the nut. I don't think most people have a basin wrench (I don't). Our previous faucet came with a plastic sleeve to be used as the removal/tightening tool. I kept that to use for installation of this one.

Wrong Item/Broken Item/Questionable Contractor

I ordered this product plus paid extra for installation. The plumber contracted with Lowe’s postponed the initial install due to existing job taking longer. The plumber came two days later, removed our existing faucet, opened the box for this item and discovered it was chrome, instead of the stainless steal that I ordered. He also advised that the item had a broken piece and he couldn’t proceed. He further advised that he had to break our existing faucet to remove it and it couldn’t be salva...

I've been using it for 3 months now and I still love it. Nice style and works well. The only thing is that because of the spring around the hose, it's not flexible enough, so I can't fill the water container of my coffee machine, I need to take it out. Same with my big water bottle.

2nd purchase of this faucet and still like it alot!

really like the touchless feature of this one (my first one purchased 5 years ago doesn't have this feature) The only minor complaint I have is that the water flow is lower than I would like it to be. The quality of the finish is excellent and I have received many comments on the style and size of it. It's more like a piec of art than a faucet.

Beautiful and functional

Installed the faucet ourselves and it was easy enough to do. The faucet is very nice and has a quality feel both in looks and in your hand. Love the touchless functionality as it works very well. Both spray modes work very well and we couldn’t be happier.

Great pressure and ease of use

I replaced my old faucet, which had a separate sprayer nozzle, with the Sterling "pull down" faucet. The ease of use is convenient and impressive, and the pressure is great.

Vigo kitchen faucet

I have VIGO products in my home so it made sense to purchase a Vigo kitchen faucet. Overall, the faucet is exactly what I was looking for in form and function however, the sensor option doesn’t really function for me and we ended up disconnecting it.

Hook up needs upgrading. Design is nice

Most center line hook ups are push to click. This product is screw in to connect. Check other manufacturers. They all use push to click for quick hook up. Screw in might get me to find other options as you are working under a sink in tight quarters

Features and easy install 5 star!

Bought about a month ago and looks great with my black anthracite sink. Three spray features, one I really like is the power spray! Cuts into dirty cookware like my bulldozer cutting trails. Very easy install! 5 stars on this kitchen faucet and I highly recommend it.

Nice faucet upgrade.

A very high quality faucet that was easy to install (including the battery box had to be screwed to the cabinet wall). Nice exterior yellow gold color and easy sensor activation.

I love it!

I have been wrestling with the mess of water splashed up behind the sink when reaching for the faucet handle in my kitchen. I love the hands-free, love the flexibility of the design for reaching all around the double sink, and I’m very happy with the look.
