The faucet that came with the house we bought, the handle would smack the backsplash whenever you set it to hot water. I'm glad the hot setting is forward on this faucet. Also, it looks great and functions very well. The only the I wish was that the faucet reach was greater on the arm. I was hoping for at least a 12 inch reach so it's more centered on the sink itself versus being closer to the edge. So I ended up not using the arm and just letting it dangle freely. Otherwise, it is a fantastic...

Not too happy
The instruction is a bit off - the plastic washer should butt against the faucet on top of the counter. The picture in the booklet tells you otherwise. The piece that helps secure the faucet in place below the countertop is too small which make the faucet unsteady hence leaks. The weight is keep falling off and I have to use a zip tie to keep it together.
