I bought this online and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The packaging was sturdy and really done to prevent any damage. The faucet looks great in my new quartz counters, gives the kitchen a little of an industrial look. The handle was missing a washer so the water sprayed up out of the handle instead of down. When remodeling our kitchen 3 years ago, I purchased the kitchen faucet on Overstock.com. It is a very nice faucet for the price. After about one year, the sprayer was not working. Poor water pressure and I couldn't change the flow. So, I wrote the company and was surprised that they sent me a replacement head at no charge. Wonderful product and support

Installed one in our last house and loved it. Very will built product and easy to install. Purchased new house in 2014 and installed another Vigo kitchen faucet. Had issue with function button cover. Vigo is sending me out a new cover at no charge. That 's what I call good customer service..

I just had this faucet installed so I am unsure of how it will function in the long run, but it is BEAUTIFUL! Looks great, has great weight and wonderful finish. I couldn't be more pleased look even better in person. This is a nice jewel until I do the full remodel of my kitchen.

Exactly what I wanted

I just bought this undermount sink to go with my new granite countertops. Its exactly what I wanted and looks beautiful. I wanted this one because it contained the whole kit... sink, faucet, and stainless colander/drainer. I especially wanted the colander/drainer since the sink is a single bowl configuration. Turns out that the colander won't fit in the sink. Its too big to sit on the ledge of the counter top. The granite overhang from the sink is less than a quarter of an inch so its not like i...
