Would RecommendFor the price its nice enough. If a screwdriver intimidates you, assembly could be difficult, as the directions are poor, but its only 8 pieces. Some reviews indicate the finish is not outdoor quality, to which I agree. I put two coats of spar gloss urethane on it prior to assembly. Turned out great. My $145 swing now looks like a $250 unit.
Just as advertised
Would RecommendSome of the directions were a little difficult to follow, but once I figured them out it went together well. You never know when ordering online, but this was just what we were looking for and just as shown.

Would RecommendVery easy to put together. Happy that it included the chain. Only negative is that it's not very comfortable. Adding a pad or two would do the trick though.

Sturdy well made swing
Would RecommendLoved the swing and the quality...there were NO directions to put it together and we could not find any on line. Took a while to figure it out but once together it is fantastic!
it's a very nice-looking swing. But I'm baffled by reviews saying the instructions were great: The only "instructions" ours had was a few sheets of paper with drawings on them; not one word about putting it together. It wasn't particularly hard but the order of construction DOES matter and some of the drawings are misleading! Ours was missing the bag of screws and such, and it took Veikous over a week to get them to us. And you really need to have your own Allen wrench and phillips screwdriver b...

Disappointing
Despite reviews of splitting wood, I got it. After putting it together with only minor difficulty, I haven't even had it 45 days, it's maybe been sat on 6 times, and one of the slats has split. Seeing how the manufacturer or store handles it will determine if I'd recommend, but not looking good now.
