Needed a doorbell was able to purchase outline and set for in store delivery. I have not visited a Lowe's in some time and wasn't sure exactly where to go to retrieve my package. Walked up to a register and a management team member Was busy with a register. The manager failed to acknowledge me in any way. A simple pointing in the direction I needed to go would have been sufficient. But I was made to feel as if I was an interruption of his time. Services important to me as is price and quality ...
