Inexpensive and works great

Replaced my 4500 watt elements with these so there was less load on my generator. I can’t tell any difference in the amount of hot water I have and my generator has less load on it.

The water is hot.

Product works a described; however, I was disappointed to find the exterior of the tank had a large dent in the side of it. Not being able to return it to the store was a bit inconvenient.

Perfect replacement. Always remove the old one first to match it with a new one at the store. Just turn off the water inlet and the electric breaker in your homes breaker box before you mess with it. You’ll need a 1-1/2 inch socket to unscrew it from the water heater. After the element is installed Don’t turn on the electric for the water heater until the tank is full of water again.

I took a bath on this one..

Works great after I pulled the old one out and dug out the limestone deposits just had to wire it up 2 wires flip on the breaker test for juice at element put insulation and cover plate back on. Packed up my tools and called it a day. If your a diy person this is a no brainer and a heck of a lot cheaper than the whole water heater. Just remember to check to see if there is limestone sediment on the bottom of tank if you don't and there is well the new element probably won't last that long.
