Would RecommendOverall I like the look and color selection of the light. It doesn't really fit like the instructions said in my 6" can, but I was able to make (force) it to work. There's a little gap between the light and the ceiling because the can isn't solidly attached and a "press fit" doesn't allow the gap to close.

Terrible product
Would Not RecommendI’ve been doing electrical work for over 30 years and I have used multiple LED inserts but this is the worst I’ve ever used! This product needs to be taken off the shelf! The springs set up to high and hit the spring clip holders Inside the can keeping the trim from fitting flush with the ceiling. It does come with a separate clip that’ll work but they’re garbage. I hope I save someone from buying this garbage!

Right out of the box you will find that you need to separate all of the springs and open a pack of screws and install these yourself. This is strange to me. I've used Halo and big orange's house brand (Commercial Electric) and not had to do this. I will say the switchable color allows you to get a nice warm color. No complaints here.
