Would RecommendI had purchased lights for my husband previously, but they threw off so much heat that he could not use them for any length of time. Not only are these lights cool, but they are brighter than the other lights. He liked them so much, he purchased more to take to work with him. He is a contractor for the coal mines.

Keep your receipt
Would Not RecommendI used the light for one project and then stored it in the box for 4 months. Now the light will only work on the low setting when I use the portable cord. I called Utilitech and their warranty is a joke .... "return it to Lowes or there is nothing we will do for you." Luckily, I found the receipt using My Lowes. The light is great when/if it works.
Great value, low price!
Would RecommendGreat light from a small package. Fits well in tight places, doesn't put off heat, and very adjustable! The 12v adapter is 16' long and makes this portable light the "total package"!!

Useful at home and in the car
Would RecommendI needed a work light that had LED and could be left outside at times. This one is "moisture proof" and provides the lumens that I need. The second cable provided makes it useful to be carried in the car for emergencies or just a picnic. As far as I can tell after a month of use it is well put together and feels durable. The price is also reasonable.

Surprising Value
Would RecommendI wasn't looking for this light when I discovered it on the shelf. I was intrigued with the dual powering option. The light did not disappoint either as it is quite bright for its size. This light is a very convenient size for portability and the stand folds up to minimize space for storage. The only thing I would have liked better is if the 120VAC cord could easily be disconnected and stored when using the 12VDC car adapter. It does have a velcro band to secure the AC cord (when not in use) whi...
Darn Handy Work Light to keep in the Truck
Would RecommendI'm impressed with the amount of light it produces. I also like it because of its size I store it hanging in the back window and use it as a cargo light. The DC power cord is long enough to reach beyond the back of my truck. It uses little power saving up the car battery. A couple of things that could be better The switch in the back isn't protected and shuts off if bumped also the DC power cord falls out easily I Thing they should have it the same as the AC power cord. I am buying more of these...

has pros and cons
Would Recommendthe conviently sized panel produced a lot of light however the location of the switch made it susceptable to being turned off if it fell over or was bumped or handled. The added position of the 3-way toggle switch with "off" being the mid position and "AC" one way and "DC" the other was confusing.

Super bright, very useful in the garage
Would RecommendI bought two of these to provide extra light while working on the car. WOW they are bright. I used cheap spring clamps to position them from the edge of the hood or the nearby exposed studs. They came with DC car adapters...but i dont think i'll ever have need for the AC, which means that about 50% of the time i flip the switch to the wrong side and it doesnt turn on until i flip it back the other way. Overall, they're a GREAT addition to the garage. Lots of light, light-weight, seems to be dura...

Versitile lamp, Great purchase.
Would RecommendThis is a whole lotta light from a tiny box. It's nice that it'll shine all night long right next to your neck under a car and yet no heat, no skin burn. Resilient little metal box that absorbs the low level drops without incident and has a double bar stand for horizontal shine or to hang overhead. Capable of 110v electric or 12v DC and comes with electric cord and a 12v plug for the aux outlet in your vehicle. Super bright, lightweight, ac/DC and slim to store about anywhere a pair of gloves wo...

Nice little light
Would RecommendThin, bright. Good built in stand. Bummer is low setting does not work - only high and it's a hassle to return.

Had the hologen one, thought this be better
Would RecommendHad the halogen one for about 3 weeks and it stopped working so I returned it thought this one would be a better choice since it was led and would not get hot. After using it for a few projects I have come to the conclusion that this is more of a spot light then a flood light, the stand only works when it is super tight not very impressed with the light output to begin with!

Great light for work, or for emergencies in the ca
Would RecommendThis little light is very bright, and is great for outdoor work at night, auto repair, and emergencies when the lights go out. It has a household current plug with a long cord, and a longer cord for a cigarette lighter socket. Couldn't be happier about it.

Great Little Work Light
Would RecommendI'm used to using the portable halogen lights that are heavy, get hot and eventually burn out. I saw these at Lowe's and thought I'd give them a try. I purchased this one to try it out because it was cheaper and it can be run off of a 12V outlet. Lowe's also carries a larger one that's about $10 more but I dont believe it can be run off of 12V. I must say I'm very impressed with the light this little thing makes. I used it in my attic when I was insulating and really lit up the area well and lim...

Great light!
Would RecommendThis little LED worklight, and it is a bit smaller than I thought it would be, puts out a TON of light! The flexibility of being able to power it via 12v DC or home AC power makes it a great deal. They make a brighter unit, but it can't be powered by 12v DC, so I chose this one. Only little nit I can pick with it is that the AC cord causes it to want to tip backwards, but if you tighten the side handles, it will stand up fine. Great light, great output with a wide beam/light pattern dispersion....
