Why inferior? The the thickness of the material to grab the plugs about the half the size of the old receptacle ?! The way it was designed to secure down the wires it can be a hit or mis! The old receptacle has a U shape bottoms to accommodate the wire securely !!! That way you get 100% secure and well settled solid connections. On top the old one screws swing out and in easy to insert the wires, On this hard to see if you have all you wire connected securely. Will it work? Provably yes . Will...
