Lowes gave away my entire tax return to a stranger

This is just part of a $600 order that Lowes gave away to a complete stranger who tracked me down via facebook to let me know my order was 1.5 hours away from store i ordered from and 2 hours from delivery address, in another state. I called Lowes right away, but they did not stop deliveries to wrong address, leaving fencing items 6' from a main thoroughfare in front of a condo with no garage and no yard proving the notes to deliver into garage were ignored.
