A lot brighter than the old flourecent tubes, pull chains allow all or just one fixture to be on at a time. And each light only uses 40w. at 4000k. I'm using half as many lights as before with better brightness. Only question now is how long they will last.

Two Shop Lights light My Basement Well
Would RecommendThe lights are very bright and a good price. I have two of them connected to a motion sensing light bulb base with two outlets that turns them on automatically when I enter the basement. Very convenient.

Would RecommendThis light went into a shop. Hooks were already in the ceiling so hanging it was easy. The metal looped hangers were a pain, kept coming out of the housing it not held in place. Finally got tired of the hassle and used pliers to crimp the hangers to the light so they would stay. Nice light when finally hung up.
