Would RecommendI needed a motion sensing floodlight for mounting on the eaves (horizontally not vertically) at the corners of the house. All of the illustrations showed it mounted vertically and I was concerned that the sensor wouldn’t have an articulated joint to face the right direction. An employee unboxed it for me to examine. I bought two and both were installed without issue. Loving the 240 degree sensor!

Lots of plastic.
Would Not RecommendEasy install. Replacing similar light that lasted 9 years. Build on this is much cheaper than what I replaced. Main body is plastic now so not sure how it'll hold up over time. Seems really cheaply made for the price. I mounted on top of garage, and while the sensor works, it seems not as effective as my old one. Only time will tell - if I can get the same 9 years out of this one I'll be happy as it at least looks the same.

More plastic than aluminum.
Would Not RecommendThis was advertised as aluminum construction but most of it was plastic. Only the lamp shroud and socket were aluminum. While the motion sensor is expected to be plastic, I'd expect the base to be metal. As well the bulbs are not included. There are other products at the same price point that have all aluminum construction, and include the light bulbs. Ultimately I have returned this product, as a better one was available.
