Would Not RecommendI relied on the other reviews that claimed this fan was quiet. Wrong! I measured 57 dB on low and 65 dB on high, which is unimpressive. It's too noisy for me, so back it goes.

Would RecommendThe fan works good. We use it to circulate air upstairs in our house. It provides the correct sound so we can sleep. I like the fact that it has overload protection on the motor. When it gets dusty and hair wrapped around the motor, I can take it apart and clean it. Other fans the motor burns up and you have to buy a new fan.

Would Not RecommendI purchased two of these fans for my house. Both fans were sealed from the manufacturer when I purchased them. One fan was broken. The knob that holds the fan to the stand was broken. The second fan. The base that attaches to the bottom of the fan didn't fit. Three people tried to get this base on and none of us could get it on. Both fans were returned to the store.
The fan is very cheaply made.

Would Not RecommendIf the tape appears to have been tamper with be careful. Got home and opened box and found one of the detachable legs missing, may hav been a returned item put back in stock. It will stand on one leg. Not worth a 50 mile round trip to return.

Would RecommendI was looking for something quieter. Stood in the fan aisle and read some reviews. It’s not horribly loud. But definitely sounds like a fan even on low. Moves a generous amount of air in low. High is pretty powerful.
