Would RecommendHad a mechanical timer and it kept getting damaged by ants. It was in a remote location and a pain to get to and repair. This one is sealed and has a battery back up so the ants and power outages don’t affect it.

Would RecommendFollowing the instructions, I was able to set the timer to the times I wanted. Spectrum seems to drop my internet access usually when I'm away causing my security cameras to go offline. By setting a time to turn off and then a little while later, I can have my equipment reboot and reconnect to the internet.

Would RecommendThis outdoor timer quit working after two weeks. I took it back and swapped it for another unit. It seems to be working ok so far. There was moisture inside the case after it rained, Evidently the unit was not sealed correctly. I put plastic around the replacement unit, so far so good.
