Would RecommendThe price point was ok, and I eventually got the job done. I had to change some yard floods about 25ft up; still needed a ladder. It had been a long time since the bulbs were last changed. I couldn't get enough grip to get the bulbs free so I added some contact cement to the grip pads which did the trick.

Would RecommendCons: Feels a bit cheap, the various accessories are mostly a gimmick, I almost exclusively use the suction cup on recessed flood lights. Pros: Works great on recessed flood lights!
