May be the motion-activated light you want

I just bought this light product in June 2024. Right now, it works as it should. But at the moment, I don't have a history of reliability—can't speak to that. It is a motion sensing activated light and seems to react adequately on that.

The lights worked for just 5 months. First the motion sensor malfunctioned, then the lights stopped working all together.

2nd light bought in less than 24hrs only to have to bring this one back also. The light doesn't actually detect motion. I had the same problem with the first one and figured it was faulty. Upon exchanging and installing the 2nd one, the first one isn't faulty, these are just garbage. I do like how bright they are but I wanted motion detection. Save your money if you are looking for that also.

Motion Sensor Does Not work

Only found out after reading fine print on paper inside the box that it also has a photo sensor. The slightest amount of ambient light in the area prevents the light from coming on.

Put these up in my garage, and they put off a lot of light. Perfect for this application. The motion function is great and very convenient.

Frustrating

Has a sensor or light and movement and it operates very frustratingly. Sometimes it’s on and sometimes it’s off. I just want it to be on.

Motion Sensor Only Works In the Dark

What it doesn't say on the box is that the motion sensor only works in low light, and that means very low light. I have a window in my garage so the light closest to it doesn't turn on at all durning the day; even though it's pretty dim even with the window. Also if one light detects me before the other, it'll now be too bright for the other light's motion sensor to work. That happens just about every time I walk into my garage, so I normally have just a half lit garage. The other issue and...

DOA in less than 6 months

I bought this light less than six months ago and the motion sensor stopped working so now the light stays on constantly. Lowes won't take it back so good luck if you have a warranty claim.

Randomly turns off WITH motion in area

The light turns off a few seconds after switching to "on" position. The motion detection is flawed so would recommend avoiding that feature with another model.
