after 4 days of rain we had 2 ponds in our yard. had to pump over 500k gals of water, about knee deep in some parts of the yard. works great and will buy another so i dont have to pump for 1.5 weeks

False Advertising

I purchased this pump yesterday to pump about 4000 gallons out of a 20 foot, 8000 gallon pool. When I did the math, I figured that it should take approximately 2.66 hours to empty the pool. Started pumping at 5:30 pm. At 8:30 am this morning, there is still a foot of water in the pool (it ran all night). 15 hours and still not empty!!! Are you kidding me??? Replacement Pump

I bought this same pump about 3 years ago and probably had 3 hrs run-time on it. I went to use it this year to lower the water level in my pool and the motor was dead. I thought the impeller was frozen, but it wasn't. So, I had to spend another $100.

Great little pump

As part of normal maintenance I have to drain our hot tub. Using the tub's drain, it would take almost all day to drain. But with this pump, about 30 minutes and it is done; plus I can attach a hose and run the water further away from the house.

Great Little Pump!

I bought this when my basement was flooded after a serve storm. It was the only one left on the shelf. Pumped 7 inches of water out of my basement in 3 hrs. The only thing I wish it had was an automatic shut off switch when it reaches the bottom. Pumps to 1/4 inch water level.

submersible utility pump

pump works fine where you can keep it up off the bottom of the sump. it says it works for pool covers, but it would suck the cover up against the bottom of pump and quit pumping. I think I can modify this and alleviate the problem.

Works great.

Used this to pump out 32 18”x40” holes full of water. Took only a few minutes for each hole. It pumped them all dry.

2 pumps failed

I bought one of these to drain a window well that occasionally fills with water about a year ago. I tried to use it about 6AM due to heavy rain this morning and it did not run. (dead!!) Because I needed a working pump right away, drove to Lowes. Not realizing that it was the exact same model, I bought another. This one was also DOA.

my yard flooded and my pop up shed was in the water. snowblower, lawn mower and bbq grill all under water and the temperature was dropping. This pump ran great for the 2 hours i had it on. lowered the water 4 inches+. It did its job and then some. More rain/thaw coming in a couple of days, glad i have it.

Great pump

Basement had 4 inches of water due to fast snow melt. Ordered online. Was ready to be picked up , Pump sucked it dry in 5 hours, easy to setup and use. Highly recommended

Excellent pump!

This little guy pumps every bit of 25 gpm! Great pump for the money and very easy to use. Only used it for pumping clean water, so not sure how it handles debris. Highly recommend!

Seems to be a great little piece of equipment!

Off the shelf, out of the box and ready to go. Using it to clear 3 to 4 inch flood in basement and so far so good. Functioning at both 8 and 15 foot elevations. Stable on the floor. Selected this one after checking out all the rest. Now if it ends up being as durable as it is functional on first use and outlives its' warranty I will be delighted!

Excellent low price and fast pumping!

I searched on line and discovered this pump. I also discovered how LOW the price was compared to other retailers. I immediately drove to my local Lowes where I was directed to the aisle and bin which was listed on the website! Imagine that? I bought a rubber 50' rubber hose which will be dedicated to this pump only. I had a full, three gallon bucket assigned to my dehumidifier. We purchased this pump to pump out our above ground pool. We set it up per the instructions and with in a few minutes after running the pump seized up........
