What Customers Are Saying
The product has a mixed quality and durability. Many customers found the handle to be sturdy and a good replacement, appreciating features like the metal screw tip and straight wood grain. However, some reported issues with the handle breaking or becoming loose after limited use, describing it as flimsy, bendy, and weak. The overall sentiment is that the handle is decent for the price, but may not be a long-lasting solution, especially for heavy-duty use.

Would RecommendPurchased as a replacement for my metal push broom handle that broke. Seems like a nice handle with minimal use after 2 weeks. Long handle which is what I like because I'm 6'3". Would have given 5 stars if the diameter was a little beefier.can flex slightly under heavy pushing loads.
The handle came out from the head in day 2nd , so
Would Not RecommendThe handle came out from the head in day 2nd , so the glue was weak
Needed a replacement for a flimsy metal rod which came with the push broom. This wood handle is sturdy, solid and you don't worry about the handle bending.
Worst handle ever
Would Not RecommendI never write reviews but had to warn people who order online against this. If your in store you'll realize that at the first stroke of the broom or rake this things gonna snap like a twig. Also, the metal cap (that has threads) popped right off the end. Junk.
Cheap narrow gauge handle. At least its solid wood with a straight grain.
broke in 10 min
Would Not RecommendFlimsy crap. Dont waste your money Broke in the first 10 min of using
EMPLOYEES
Would RecommendArrived at 8:30 AM to Garden center to purchase mulch. I spoke to a young lady who was watering plants and asked if I could purchase Mulch. She advised that they didnt open for another 20 mins. but said I could pay now and she would get someone to help me. Did what she said and I was out of there in 20 Mins. Excellant service.
Itβs cheap
Would Not RecommendWhen I attached handle to broom it twisted and broke where the metal threads and the wooden handle join.
For use to replace on rake, since cannot find same size rake
Solid replacement handle
Would RecommendGreat replacement handle with metal tip to connect solidly to push broom head.
Appears strudy, straight and well-made
Would RecommendThis replaced a broken handle (with plastic threads) on a broom with a composite plastic head. Yes, I was too cheap to buy an entire broom, when the old head was still serviceable. Wrapping the metal threads with a bit of electrical tape keeps the handle from loosening in use. Can't say how long the metal end will stay attached to the wood pole, but I'd guess that with proper use, it will outlast its owner :-)
Don't do it!
Would Not RecommendBought one of these for a push broom last week. The wood came loose from the aluminum threaded end before I finished sweeping the sidewalk once. It is going back and I will try the steel handle one they have. Item #475624 in a differant part of the store, go figure.
