Make a few Mods, and make urself a 5-star hauler

To solve some of the 'issues' other reviews mentioned, and my own personal tastes, I found that a few simple mods you can address most 'qwirks' of this unit and make yourself a handy little hauler. having two wheels and plastic barrel is nice. I only wish the tires were made of solid rubber and not air.

Perfect

I had a standard single wheel wheelbarrow and was attempting to haul several tons of stone to fill in around our new pool. It kept collapsing under that strain of the weight of the stone. This wheelbarrow is perfect for this job. Lightweight and sturdy enough to haul more stones than I can lift. Excellent product.

The Wheelbarrow

The two wheel wheelbarrow is better to handle than the one wheel. I'm happy that I purchased this product.

Absolute Junk. Disposable $119 Wheelborrow.

After 8 month and 6-7 small projects around the house the tub tore off all 6 attachment points. Most projects were very light use. The hardest work it saw was carrying 3-4 cubic feet of topsoil. During that job I went to to dump a load of topsoil when the entire tube detached from the base. There is a reason this wheelbarrow only comes with a 90 day warranty. It is junk!

Farm Hand Special

I used this at the State fair and it worked great. I love that it has two wheels and had a big capacity for waste. It also cleaned up real well after a dirty week.

It's so, so

This is a nice sized wheelbarrow, like the poly body; however, it's great for only light duty work. The leg supports are flimsy for heavy loads.

The assembly was easy, the over all quality is ok, the fit of the various pieces could be better, the quality should be better also. One of the tires won't stay up for a week. Another product that if the manufacturers had put an extra 2 or 3 % into the materials cost they would have a noticably better product. I looks like it was produced to allow it to be sold to a price point developed in marketing, not by engineering or manufacturing. An added $2.00 in production would make it a much bette...

two wheels vs one

As I get older and wiser you realize the over all function of a product is most times more important then cost over the long haul. the advantages of a two wheel wheelbarrow are readily noticable after a long day on how your back feels, how much material you moved the avoided spills. they cost more but hold more, are much more stable.. Your Back Will Thank You.

Use Flex Seal..........

When New.....use Clear Flex Seal on the inside of tub...it helps pro-long your wheelbarrow.... what the heck...you got nothing to lose trying it....Enjoy.

My wife is 4'9" tall and insists on helping but could get hurt if a wheel barrow tips over. This is much more stable, having two wheels and a sturdy frame. It is a professional quality tool with a good capacity and the hopper is rust-proof for a long life. If not overloaded she handles it easily. Well worth the extra money, and I expect it to last a long time.

Rock Trouble

I have had mine for several years--long enough for wood fungus to grow from the handles. I wish it came with a metal tub or that I could purchase a replacement tub, because the first time I used it for heavy rocks, the tub cracked. The key is not to drop rocks, bricks or large heavy solid object in the bucket; place them there. The cracks have gotten progressively worse over the years, hence my search for a replacement. Big boy Barrow

Bought this unit for my Son in Law since he's been doing lots of yard work. Cuts down the number of refills by almost half when shoveling dirt or brush. I liked especially the element proof body since I have one myself and storage can be at a premium. Highly recommend it for both stability and volume.

Gave as a gift

I bought one of these for myself and my Son-in-law saw it and wanted one so I bought him one for his birthday. He loves it and I love mine. No more turning over with off balance loads.
