I had the old kind of blower attachment 10 to 12" round turbine with air chute. This is a bit more awkward than the old kind I had but blows just as good. I gave it 4 stars because of the awkward feel and balance. But it blows good.

Bearing seized after one season
Would Not RecommendI bought this last summer to use with my Troybilt 4-cycle trimmer. It worked well lasdt fall to clean up the leaves in our yard and blow off the deck, etc. I just tried to use it for the first time this year to blow some lawn clippings from the sidewalk and the upper shaft bearing is seized, which stripped the drive shaft. You'd think they would have used sealed bearings or provided a grease point?

Would RecommendI own a Troy Bilt 4 cycle trimmer and this blower attachment works great for clearing off the sidewalk of all the grass trimmings! Using the concentrator nozzle is great for tighter areas and heaver material clearing (wet grass clippings). With the nozzle off its good for wider areas and lighter material clearing. I plan on expanding my collection of Trimmer Plus attachments in the future!
