Would Not RecommendI ordered 9 board pieces, but only 7 were delivered. Unfortunately, I was not home when delivery was made. It is unacceptable to miscount 20%; this is unlikely a mistake, it seems more intentional.

Would RecommendDelivery was messed up, we got the wrong items (not what was ordered). We were told the delivery truck would come back that day, it did not. We got no call back and had to call the store (Cookeville, TN) to get answers and pick up delivery details. Our order got here quickly after talking to a manager.

Cupping
Would Not RecommendInstaller may not have installed entirely correct, but this Trex decking is not the greatest product. Yes, it may not need to be stained, but it definately warps and cups worse than decking boards. I wish that I had gone with a different decking material. Deck is 2 yrs old.

Damaged boards
Would Not RecommendI ordered 43 Trex 20 ft. grooved boards. I paid to have them delivered. 5 of the boards were obviously damaged, but sent anyway. 3 boards had what appeared to be tire marks. I requested 5 replacement boards. 1 of the 5 replacement boards had a manufacturing defect. I don't understand why Lowe's accepts boards that have obvious flaws leaving the customer to request replacement boards with extra time involving order and delivery for both Lowe's and the customer. Extremely frustrating....
