Damaged boards
Would Not RecommendI ordered 43 Trex 20 ft. grooved boards. I paid to have them delivered. 5 of the boards were obviously damaged, but sent anyway. 3 boards had what appeared to be tire marks. I requested 5 replacement boards. 1 of the 5 replacement boards had a manufacturing defect. I don't understand why Lowe's accepts boards that have obvious flaws leaving the customer to request replacement boards with extra time involving order and delivery for both Lowe's and the customer. Extremely frustrating....

Would RecommendWe bought these Trex boards to replace pressure treated boards on our deck that just couldn't withstand the GA summer heat. They are easy to install, but require their own type of screws that have a different head, so it requires a specific screw drive other than a Phillips head. They have been down a couple years at this point and they are great. The only downside is that they get very hot in the summer. One was the wrong board type and one was the wrong length … because they are all wrapped up in plastic my contractor assumed they were right and left.
