Clean mold off of garage door moulding

The rubber molding on the outside of my garage door had black mold affecting the look of the door. I sprayed some tilex on the moulding and waited about 10 minutes before spraying the moulding with my power washer. The moulding came clean easily.

This root penetrator works really well. It's the best that we've found for removing mold and mildew stains.

This is the best product on the market for cleaning boat interior. I tried for over a year to find a product to get black stains out of my pontoon boat interior. This product works great. The trick is to spray it own and let it sit for 15 min before washing off. It makes interior look new.

Removed stain on ceiling

After I applied (sprayed and rubbed) a couple of doses, the stain on my ceiling faded away. Looks good now.

Used this product on stubborn mold in bathrooms. This product did exactly what it said it would do. Have tried numerous different products in the past that didn’t work, this one did. Great product.
