The only thing that took away moldy smell!!
My front load washer smelled musty and moldy after my daughter accidentally left her wet clothes in overnight. I used bleach, baking soda, vinegar… nothing worked to get rid of the smell. And then I tried the Tide Washing Machine Cleaner, and it took the smell out right away!! I will continue to use it the next two weeks like the box says, but I am so impressed with this product! Use it, it works!

A disaster!
I dumped a package of Tide washing machine cleaner into the tub of my Whirlpool Duet front-loader machine, closed the door, and walked away. About 1/2 hour later, I noted that the machine was making a strange sound and was horrified to discover a Niagara Falls of suds pouring out of the machine and onto the floor. Loved it so much I bought enough for a year
I live in Florida where everything can get a musty odor due to the constant high humidity. OMG the smell is nauseating

No longer the same product
I have been using this for years and loved it; however, this new box of packets creates a ridiculous amount of suds that require running the washer several times to wash away the suds. I thought maybe it was just a bad package but every pack I used from this new box created the same result.

Will not buy Tide Tub Clean detergent again!!!
Tide has changed their tub clean formula, either by adding Oxi-Clean to it or some other agent that now creates too many suds. Not sure about other washing machines, but our LG ThinQ does not like a lot of suds. If there are too many suds the washer goes into a suds cleaning mode during tub wash mode, which is an on and off spraying cycle that is continuous and loud (compared to normal tub clean) for 4 hours (torturous) until completed, and then it can complete the actual tub clean cycle. I used it in India and after some gap started using the product recently. started using it again on monthly once basis. In exceptional cases like heavy loads more frequent, will use it twice a month. I have seen Laundromat In many states of USA and even in hotels where i stayed during my visit . I will recommend this product for them too.

Wonderful
I can tell every time I use the washing machine cleaner. My whites come out whiter and I feel like the washing soap comes out easier after I've used the cleaner. There is no residue after using it and I believe it's helping prolong the life of my old washer.

Exceeded our goals!
We have used other washing machine cleaners in the past. This was the first time using Tide washing machine Cleaner. It really exceeded our initial thoughts. I watched this run the entire clean cycle. I could not believe how much gunk this cleaned out of our front loader.

Fresh smelling

Strong smell and a problem
After using this cleaner there was a strong smell in our laundry room that linger for days. The next time we used our Maytag HighE washer we got a LF (low flow) signal and the washer stopped running. We can not be sure the events were connected but the proximity is strongly damning.

Makes cleaning the washer easy!

I received Tide washing machine cleaner in the mail and was eager to try it. I have a top load washer and I have never used any cleaner in it.
