Followed the directions, which were simple as can be, and ran one. Once I put the tide cleaner in the washer it started removing all the gunk build up in there. You could see the chunks coming out of the washer and the smell disappeared! Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this product 3 weeks ago. My wife used product because we never used anything before to clean our machine. It seems to work well and done the job it said it would do. Machine smell better and more clean than ever. We now like to run this product in our washing machine once a month to keep everything freshen up and clean. Really do like the product so far.
