Would RecommendPerfect little work bench for my garage. I am short in space, so wanted something flexible to be used with or without my car in there. I attached it direct to my concrete block using no anchor blue masonry screws. Install was quick and simple. Quality of the wood and finish are also great. The feel of the hinges is also strong and expect them to last. I wish it were slightly larger width-wise, but for me this is really only used sparingly and when I need lay out tools or the like. Add hardware for both wood and cement surface
Would RecommendEasy installation and very sturdy. Anchored mine to a brick wall for use with my grills. Only negative is the wall mount hardware is strictly for wood studs. I had to use cement anchors and screws I already had, to mount and give me the weight rating of 500lbs.

Would Not RecommendBought 2 of these. Boxes were still sealed, never retaped. Opened both boxes and both were missing the mounting hardware. Only things in the boxes were the top, and 2 hinges.

Would RecommendEasy to install and 100 lb greater weight capacity then comparable models. I wasn’t wanting a foldable sitting bend for the kids in a smallish mud room and it did the trick.
