The Best For Protection
Would RecommendI’ve been installing Exterior Security Cameras around my home. They’re WiFi, but they still need to have 120v to plug into. I use a standard box or a double box for the Receptacle’s. I mount the receptacle inside the actual box, I then mount the extension ring, then I mount the bubble cover. The plugs are long. It is the only way to close the bubble cover and to insure that the electrical system is weather proof.

Good Cover - Lots of Room
Would RecommendThis cover met my need for installing a new outdoor outlet that needed protection from rain, etc. I like this because it seemed to have plenty of room for the cover to close and the extension cord to be used. Only issue is knocking out the plastic piece at the bottom for cord to go through could be easier. When I broke it off, it did not break off cleanly and took more manipulation to get more of the plastic off.
