Would RecommendWhen changing out the back plate, there are 2 tabs on top and bottom that prevent placing the alternate plate. I had to file those off. Otherwise these were easy to install. Also like that I can pop out either the side or bottom for cord access.

It's supposed to be easily converted from top open to side open however it doesn't work without tearing up the plastic pin trying to get it out.
