Would Not RecommendI returned it because the cover was not deep enough for a switch. The description includes the phrase "12-in-1." Maybe if it were "13-1" it would have worked.

Replacement options
Would RecommendNeed a new cover and wanted one that hinged on the long side. This one works well and has a lot of gasket options.

Flimsy, not very lockable
Would Not RecommendIt does the job, but poorly. It only supports 1/8" lock shanks, which is limited almost entirely to luggage locks. The spring isn't very strong, it just doesn't feel very robust. It does the job fine for the price, but honestly just don't put a lock hole on something that can't fit any reasonable lock.
The In-Use Low Profile Metal Covers {MX4280 series} will use a full size padlock. Also the MX3200

Would RecommendI was installing an outside outlet and this item was nice enough for all to see it.

Not bad. Not perfect.
Would Not RecommendWorks well. However, the hinge is a bit too sloppy; when mounted horizontally, the door sags dow and doesn’t line up enough to close properly. It needs a helping hand to lift it up into alignment to fully close weather-tight. Could be better.

We could suggest you use the MX1250W for horizontal orientations, but both are universal for vert/horiz mount

style switch, and the lid is turning the light off. The gasket needs to be removed from inside the flip cover, and possibly trimmed. It is also possible the gasket is new, and not allowing it to close, since it does not have an indentation from compression in it’s new stage. The covers do fit standard toggle switches, but we do have a suggestion to use possibly the TC100S. />
