Broken board, no replacement, no refund

The second Shipment contains 1 serious defect boards. The truck driver took the board back, and said that he would gave me a new one the next day, but he did not. I called the pro desk, the guy there said that he will call me back, but actually did not. Lowe did not refund me the money either for the returned defect board

Lowe’s gave my product away

My issue was more with Lowe’s than the Deckorators brand. I purchased boards just to have my local Lowe’s give the material to someone else. Being a Pro member and having to deal with the inconvenience was upsetting.

Slow store help good price and selection

Great price. Great guarantee . I ordered 40 PCs of 16'trex in person at noon and said I'll be back at 6:00 to pick it up and when I got there they had made no effort to have it ready at the loading area. I know Lowe's is short-handed. I find every time I need a large group of pieces brought forward that they don't start until I get there. And it was like a comedy of errors to watch that slippery Trex falling off the forklift and doing all sorts of crazy things. Again I like Lowe's they give me ...

Hopefully it holds up better than the treated wood

We have had to redo our porches due to the treated wood is not holding up so I'm really hopeful that this will hold up better. It does seem more solid when walking on it so fingers crossed

customer service or lack there of

I ordered this product on April 19 from a Lowes Store. The product was to be delivered on May 10, at no point between the order date and the delivery date was there any communication that any part of the product was unable to be delivered until the morning it was to be delivered. On May 9 I was sent a delivery update reminder and time frame. In the past 3 weeks I built my deck frame with the intent of using these lengths of boards. costs more than wood, but it's worth the price

I like the texture, the color, it's long lasting, less hassle to clean. Everything is great about this product. I just wish the railings could be the same material. It was the tidal gray that really caught my eye.

Terrible service

This delivery was a disaster from the beginning. The products weren’t delivered together on the first delivery, the second delivery still wasn’t complete and I’ve been waiting for the final delivery and haven’t received any update. This has been an unmitigated disaster from the start. I’m sorry I even started this project with Lowes.
