Rat crawled right along freshly sprayed fence
Would Not RecommendSave your money call the city your county and have them set out traps for free. I sprayed my fence down with with the product thoroughly soaking in. In less than four hours they were calling along the very place I generously used the product. I would save my money.

The product worked great. Had some field mice in our attic. We have dogs and didn’t want to use anything that would harm them so we tried this product and it works great. Easy to use and smells good. Spayed around the baseboards and attic space and no more mice. Started using it around the outside of the house and garden area and our detached garage

Would Not RecommendI don't recall the last time I was this disappointed in a product that failed so spectacularly. I applied this product heavily around my chicken pen twice. Rats were tunneling through the soil the same evening, within mere hours of application. It didn't slow them down in the least. The next night I put a trail camera in the pen to record evidence. This is one day after a heavy application of this product to the entire perimeter.

Would Not RecommendI have gone through 2 gallons of this stuff. And it doesn't work. Says it repels mice because they do not like the smell. From my experience with product the mice do not care about the smell. It doesn't make them leave. I sprayed three times per week. Mouse just ignores it, and even runs over where the spray is present. None of this stuff works.

Would Not RecommendYes, this product smells like peppermint oil.. supposedly repels rodents.. it does not. save your money, this will absolutely do nothing if you have a rat issue. find the entry points, set up traps and use mesh wiring to cover exterior parts of your home. do not waste money on this product

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very easy to use. It seems to be moderately effective when I applied it on the boarder of the garage. The oil smells used in the product can be pretty potent if you spray a significant amount in the garage. Otherwise, this seems like a good product.
