Why do I have to keep the Tile app open for it to find my phone?? I didn’t have to do that with my last Tile.

Meh. Bought three for family
Meh. Bought three for family member keys. One doesn’t seem to work right. Even with a support requested reset. The Bluetooth signal must be weak because phones churn and churn trying to find. Maybe the new models are better but I wouldn’t buy this again. In fact, if it wasn’t a pain, I’d return them.

Tile makes me Smile!
I have had my Tile for about a year now and it has prevented some major losses during my travels. I keep it snug inside my cable kit when I am doing deliveries and it tracks every place I go with accuracy and full confidence. I love the volume and the size. I am thinking of getting the Tile “Card” to slip into my phone next. Love the Tile brand and love the entire concept of the Tile! Thank you Team Tile!

Can't get it to chime on phone
I replaced a tile that "died". I went to tile app on my phone and followed its directions for tile to find. When I press tile, the only thing I find is the tile in my hand. Phone does not beep as it did with original tile.
