Effective, but it takes a few days
Would RecommendI came home from vacation to a MAJOR fruit fly infestation. There were literally hundreds of them I put out both traps. It took several days to get them under control, it is not instant, but the traps are loaded with dead flies. I also hung a sticky tape to help because it was so bad. Together they eliminated all the flies.
