i purchased this product-took it home-opened it up & just about FAINTED-it was BLACK. someone bought it-used it & had the nerve to return it. i was FURIOUS !!!!!!! i called the store to complain to the manager-asking him-when someone returns something-don't you look it over? apparently not. they just put it back up on the shelf for the next customer to be inconvenienced

Works for me

They work fine for me. With the 3 foot extender, I don't have to bend or kneel down to dust low. Makes it easy to dust high. I haven't had any of the problems described by other reviewers, such as duster not fitting onto the handle, or handle coming apart during use. Much better than a hand held dust cloth. Oh well, can't please everyone, and some people just have to complain.

This product is a waste of money

So I'm getting a little older I thought this might help me. It did not. I mean, I don't know what to say it's just not at all as it should be. Never fluffs up never become circular never covers the plastic that holds it on there. So as I'm trying to dust my ceiling all I can hear is plastic scraping on my freshly painted walls. Do not buy, old school better than new school.

I find the Swiffer Duster to be a super convenient tool for quick and efficient cleaning. The dusting pads grab and hold onto dust really well, especially in tricky areas like blinds, shelves, and electronics. I love how lightweight and easy it is to use, and the extendable handle version is great for reaching high spots. However, the refills can add up in cost, and I wish they were more eco-friendly. Still, for the ease and effectiveness it offers, it’s my go-to for dusting around the house.
