This duster package is misleading. I opened the package today ready to dust and there's no handle inside. Nowhere on the exterior of the package does it state that these are refills and the instructions on the box even show someone using a handle (with no note saying "handle not included"). I noticed just now that the product page online states "refill" but it's not on the actual package you see when purchasing in store.
