It doesn't seem to have helped

I put this stuff on my lawn a little over a week ago. I believe I followed the directions, but so far still seem to have quite a few tunnels in my yard. Perhaps it just needs more time to work or I needed to put it on a heavier application.

Good and Inexpensive Mole Repellent

Used this according to directions. Took a few days but the moles abandoned the areas where I used Sweeneys granules. Make sure you use lots of water and sometimes water would flood out the mole and one could catch them. Still effective after two weeks.

Does it work?

I cannot saynif this works with 100 percent certainty but I haven’t had any voles in my yard since I applied it. I had about 17 holes in the front yard and starting moving to the back. I applied this to the back yard and it seemed to contain the pest to the front.

Mole relief

Works well but be sure to start with perimeter close to house and work outward over a period of a few weeks. This is only a repellent so you need to slowly push them out of the area.

Got moles?

This repellent works -- but may have to be repeated, so don't use it sparingly. So if you are putting in new plantings that you don't want to see disappear underground, use it right away. We have used it for several years and found that it is best used as a preventative in Spring and renewed monthly.

Works as advertised

When your wife’s flowers are being eaten by moles, your job is rid the bed of the pests. That is just what I did with this product. It worked within 48 hours! Scored a big win with my wife!

Does it work?

Not as effective as it claims. I can use as directed and it will improve conditions for a short period of time. However, long term effect use is not as this product claims. It will not last more than a couple of weeks and then you have the same problem all over again. You would have to use this in massive quantities to achieve the desired results of eradication of the mole problem. Still looking for a solution.

Sweeney's Mole & Gopher Repellant

Waste of $10. Product was the consistency of brown granules of salt. It spilled right through the spreader. Bag does not give you any instruction as to how much to put down or what to set the spreader at. We were only able to cover an area that I would estimate at 25 ft x maybe 40 feet before the product was gone. We used it at the 3.5 ft setting. At that rate, we would need many bags to cover the whole yard. The instructions do say to do it in 4 sections, laying it down in yard in 1 section and...

Mole problem

Put it on the line as directed and now no longer have a mold problem

Awesome product

Says mole & gopher. I HAD voles. Layer it down just before a rain. Been 2 weeks & my yard is clear of all signs of any more. I would give it 5 stars if they would sell it in larger bags.

As far as I am concerned, it is a waste of money. I used it exactly as directed. Here in Cape Carteret, NC we have no gophers but do have moles. After four applications the moles did not move but kept tearing up the year. The product is not a poison, the casted bean scent is to move the animals but doesn't. If I can find my receipt to Lowes I am going to bring it back and say I was not satisfied and ask for my money back. The stuff just doesent work.

Did Not Work

I applied this how it is described on the bag, moving over day by day and watering in. This was not effective at all. Still lots of tunnels being made everyday, even ones i smash in to check for continued mole activity.

Mole help

This was my second bag, does not seem to work. The moles are still active.
