Would RecommendIf you have ever pulled up a toilet and the old PVC flange is broken or even badly warped, this is the right item to use. I have used several over the years and they always make the toilet more stabile than it was before. This item is easy to secure to the floor and will not raise the level of the flange and make the toilet rock. Great item.
Anchor Flange Works!
Would RecommendThis piece of equipment made my toilet installation work. The bolt from the previous toilet was rusted out. This handy device anchored the bolts and all I had to do was install it using a masonry bit. From there it was an easy job!
Stronger than brass ring
Would RecommendI had to replace the broken plastic floor fitting that held down the toilet. I used a brass ring and it broke when I tightened the bolts to the toilet. So I went to the steel ring and it worked like a champ.
Toilet Flange
I like that the flange is metal which makes it stronger and will not wear out easily thru time when replacing wax seals.

Would RecommendIt replaced the rusted flange from the old toilet plumbing. It was great. Diffidently a great use for an old floor flange. Would recommend it to anyone.

Would Recommendthis metal ring salvaged the broken plastic ring in the floor so I didn't have to tear up the floor to replace a broken pipe.
