Ergonomics are flawed
Absolutely did not feel safe on this equipment. The seat is only 7 inches wide. I’m a small woman 103 pounds. I just could not find any settings with the seat or the handlebars that worked for my body. Perhaps it’s because I have a hip replacement and could not achieve the squat position without pain. I literally tried it twice and gave up -too expensive to return it to California, so I donated it. Think before purchasing this. I should have known at this price it would be flimsy.

This is a great addition to my home workouts! I felt my legs and glutes the next day after my first session. I easily put it together in about 30 minutes. This is my third piece of equipment from Sunny and I am always happy with my purchase.

It was very easy to put together I also like . That I'm able to get a full body workout . Looking forward to seeing how strong my body becomes as I gain more strength. I feel like I will probably see results in two months to three months .
