You need a wood foundation

This is an involved project. If you're putting the shed in the yard, on grass, you need to build a wood foundation for it. It says so in the instruction manual, but not on the website. I bought $85 worth of treated, ground-contact lumber. Also screws, vapor barrier, and patio tiles to use as footings. For the cost and 3 hr time to build, I would have been better off building a custom shed. This shed is extremely flimsy. You are screwing into very thin plastic. I don't expect it to last but I hope it does. I gave one star cause it looks decent.

Nice looking and sturdy shed for the price

This shed was exactly what I was hoping for. It is sturdy and looks nice. I put it together on my own and it took about 4 hours with no major problems. I’m able to fit my large snowblower in it easily along with many other items. After a couple of heavy rains Irma has remained bone dry inside. Very happy with the purchase so far.

Very nice outdoor shed just a little pricey. The good - 1) The build instructions are easy to follow. 2) Built it myself in about 3 hours. 3) I've purchased other Suncast products, so I wanted a Suncast shed due to the look & durability. Woodsheds are too expensive and metal sheds bang in the wind and are flimsy. 4) All the hardware was there plus many extras to ensure no shortages. Like it but, the walls didn’t fit into the floor slots very good.

Great shed for a side passageway. Built it myself in about 2 1/2 hours. Pretty sturdy, smart design, good looking and these days a good price. The fact that it comes with a floor already is a plus if you are putting it on a slab. As a side note, even though they say not to, it really helps to use a power drill as long as you have a variable speed one and use very low speed.

Thankfully Loews delivered because I would not be able move it myself, as for assembly the instructions seem easy enough to follow however I opted for ace handyman to prepare site and assemble, now that it’s up and in use I’m sorry I didn’t do this sooner.
