Would RecommendThe umbrella works very well and looks great. My only complaint is that it is misleading to show the umbrella with a stand, which is not included in the purchase. Otherwise, we're happy with our purchase.

Would Not RecommendReceived May 26th and on Aug 28th it would not open. The crank arm spins but nothing happened. Also, as another reviewer mentioned the color faded after about 45 days and looks like it’s 5 yrs old. Returned it to Lowe’s and after an hour wait and discussion with manager ( we were about 2-3 days beyond their 90 day return policy) convinced them we deserved a refund for such a poorly made product. It looks absolutely horrible and looks as if I had it for 10 years or more. I tried to get a replacement and was sent through so many hoops after contacting lowes back and forth with the manufacture with NO resolution.
