Didn’t receive my umbrella

I purchased it and never received it. I called customer service and was supposed to receive a call back within 24 hrs and still haven’t received the call

Perfect addition to any backyard!

This is a great addition to our backyard! Not only does it peovide much needed shade during the day, it also tilts to provide extra protection during the high UV hours, but solar powers the interior lights for the evening hours. We love this umbrella!!

Great value umbrella

Great value priced patio or pool umbrella. Will probably last a year or two leaving it outside in the elements all year. I’m sure the solar panel and batteries will fade and die after a year, but still a great value. The fabric feels sturdy and thick. Easy diy set up and tear down. Not too heavy but not flimsy light.

Nice shade!

Great umbrella. Cranks up and down easily. The light switch is right next to the crank and easy to reach from a sitting position, the fabric looks nice and lite. Solar lights are a perfect brightness at night.

Great durable umbrella

The product is well made, feels sturdy, and fits in my existing base. The solar panel is nice, and the led lights are bright and look good at night. also has a nice fabric case to store it in.

This product is perfect, it is rectangular and cover the patio table perfectly. it was a breeze to set upd and the solar light is great in the evening.

Beautiful umbrella

This patio umbrella is just stunning. It was incredibly simple to put together. I didn’t know that I’d get enough sun where my table is set up to get the solar powered lights to work, but they were working the first day and they’re adorable! I absolutely love the rectangle shape for the area I use it.

Perfect addition to a rectangular deck

I am so excited about this umbrella because I have a rectangular deck, and this umbrella is large and rectangular. It also has solar lights charged through the solar panel on top. Most of my outdoor furniture has navy cushions, so the umbrella complements my outdoor decor. It is a solid umbrella with a cover included. The light switch felt a little flimsy, but other than that, it is perfect. I hope it lasts many years!

Great umbrella for anyone's backyard.

This is an absolutely awesome umbrella. The shape of the canvas is rectangle and allows for the umbrella to open up in a desirable shape for covering. The size is great and would easily cover four beach chairs or two loungers.

Very pretty with LED lights

The size is very good. The fabric seems quite durable and it is made well. Because it’s not round but rectangular, it covers a greater width. The color is also a nice rich shade of teal.

Damage

The solar panels was missing and have someone damaged in the material

I was thrilled to receive this umbrella. It is tough fabric and the fact that it lights up using solar energy is fantastic!

Lights Out

Umbrella seems ok functionally, however the lights did not work. Swapped the cheap rechargeable batteries to troubleshoot the problem, but still did not work. Must be a connection between the batteries and the switch. Not willing to go that far into troubleshooting on a brand new item that I expect to work as described. Will be contacting Lowes for further options.
