Two arms snapped after two years

Had this since summer of 2019,took great care of it and always lowered it and put it away when not in use. My wife was using it today, light breeze but nothing crazy. Two of the arms snapped out of nowhere.

Perfect umbrella

We bought this umbrella last year and used it ever since! The LED lights are so practical, at one point it was the only source of light on our patio! It looks great, definitively recommend it!

Great customer service.

Had a problem with light switch. Ez Replacement responded to me immediately and offered a total replacement umbrella! Cant get better than that. Otherwise umbrella is well made product.

Great umbrella

This umbrella is very nice and it fits my garden table perfectly.

While the size of the umbrella is wonderful and so is the fabric, i especially like to solar lights. The color red is a bit off, not exactly a primary red, and the tilt button is too high up for me to easily reach.

Solid choice

I looked at a number of umbrellas from many stores - tried a few and ended up with this one before moving on to much more expensive models. It's only been a month or so but seems much better quality vs. others I looked at. Solar light feature works as described. One con is I wish these companies would make larger vents at the top to allow airflow and reduce umbrella movement - it's always these little slits. Otherwise, so far, so good.

So Far So Good

We've only used the umbrella one time since we've received it (and it wasn't at night) so I can't speak on the durability of it. But I can tell you shipping was fast, and the package was well wrapped/protected. A nice touch, this umbrella comes with a cover. The quality of the fabric seems great, thick, durable, but again time will tell. The lights did work, and seem like they will be very bright at night.

Breaks in a season.

I would not purchase this umbrella again. The mechanism to retract the cord broke within on season. This was cause by the electrical wires in the pole becoming entangled in the rope that raises and lowers the umbrella. When I searched for a warranty, lowes could not assist as it was weeks after the return period ended and when i searched online for the manufacture. The manufacture stated it was not their product. Not worth the money for the lights to break within a few months and the entire umb...

Fantastic Patio Umbrella

we couldn't be any happier. We ordered this despite the negative feedback and took a chance. The umbrella arrived well packaged and carefor. No issues with broken light or any of them out of service. We had this in use for 2 months now and we're happy to report now problems with it. We bought a 40lbs base to insert in it at Lowes as well. So far so good with this purchase.

Impressed with the amount of light produced by the solar lights. Not to bright. Provides a nice ambiance at night on the patio.

Good looking, good idea

Great looking umbrella, perfect shape for us, but the light switch was broken. The center poles are a bit thin and cheap for the price. It’s going back.

Just what I was looking for!

Quite pleasing in every way, size, fabric, ease of motion, and especially the level of lighting provided in the evening. However, when the umbrella is lowered, and not even all the way, the corners of the fabric swing free from the frame, which, upon attempting to open the umbrella, makes it difficult to secure all four corners at once.

Garbage!!!

We returned the 1st one after the tilt mechanism broke and the weight of the umbrella caused the entire pole to bend. The same thing has happened to the second one. Tilt mechanism is just garbage and the pole is too skinny for the size and weight of the umbrella. Don't waste your money. Wish we still had the box to return the second one too.
