Solid set, faulty table
Would Not RecommendInitially liked the Waterline patio set. Sturdy and chairs are comfy and all, but the table certainly has it's flaws. Not even a few months in, the "planks" that make up the table top started to pop off. Was able to return the table for a new one, only for the same issues to happen again. Hoping we can return the set under the premise of manufacturing issues/faulty product, although the issue arose again the latter part of last summer.

Awful
Would Not RecommendPurchased this table in March and we have used it a handful of times. The wood panels are now warped which has created a bowing effect- it dips in the middle. The table is practically unusable now because items such as plates cannot lay flat, and other items roll to the middle of the table. Surely this item was meant to last more than 6 months? I have reached out to Lowe's customer service in hopes for a resolution, but have not gotten one yet. Will update if the problem is resolved.

Would Not RecommendPurchased this in March. Left a can of sunscreen on the table. The sunscreen can got hot and melted a ring in the table. Not sure what, if anything, I can do for warranty.

Don't burn candles on table!
Would Not RecommendBought the table back in May 2025. This past weekend we had friends over so we lit Citronella Candles. Apparently the glass of the candle became to hot and melted the table top board. Naples Lowes did do a fabulous job with damaging the table out. By the grace of God was able to take home the floor model.

Unsatisfactory customer service
Would Not RecommendOne of the table boards warped after 2 weeks and as a result couldn’t be reset into table frame. Called Lowe’s customer service and spoke to two different representatives, neither of which could help. I was transferred to the manufacturer who would “look into what could be done”. My information was taken and I was told that someone would be reaching out to me. Unfortunately that never happened.
